PERMA model is providing common guideline for the positive psychology working environment. There should be positive psychology in a company to facilitate for the better working environment in the company. There should be positive emotion to support ability to remain optimistic for the employees present and future Stahl, G., & Kurshid, A. (2000). Positive engagement should be there and that refers to how an employee perform their activities physically and mentally. Relationships also important and this considers the connections of each individual to build good relationships toward employee performance. One other element is meaning and under this category, it considers how individuals create value in life by asking themselves questions. Finally, accomplishment considers the individual achievement in the organization and its effect on the company’s performance.


Employees will prefer to work in a satisfactory working environment. They will not stress the job due to the good working environment and they really love and like the job. If the company can create good working environment to satisfy the employees of the company, they can get the benefit of maximum output.

  


Organization given the opportunity to deliver a motivational speech to a series of colleagues in a seminar workshop regarding the positive vibes in a working environment. With the economic downturn and was able to recognize the effects of   how   the financial difficulties and many other problems have created a negative vibe and a negative psychology within the workplace. Hence, requested the management to allow the employees to have miniature gatherings inside the office on every Friday under different themes and games. Also, was able to convince the importance of going on    monthly trips    using finance   pooling and on POYA days so it was affect the office work. This boosted the   positive psychology of the business by a large degree. Also able to convince the significance of this  to the  top board  that  using effects like Hawthorne effect and  grouping   employees into informal groups it can increase the  degree of motivation.

Through this experience and through curriculum learning was able to assert the Positive psychology is a very important task for a company since it facilitates good corporate culture for the employees to work in a very efficient way Stahl, G., & Crushed, A. (2000).  Every employee in the company has specific talent and the company should be able to get the maximum output from the employee s talents. For that identification of the employee is very significant. Strengthen and weakness analysis of the employee providing guidelines for their potential of them. The company should be able to facilitate them to increase the strengths and reduce the weakness. The company can implement the performance appraisal method in the organization, and this will be highly interesting in the motivated employees and also will motivate them to perform well in the future. The reward is very important from the employee’s perspective. They will much be appreciated if they are approved by the management. This activity will provide an opportunity for the positive psychology of the employees S., & MacMillan, I. C. (1984).

Being thankful is one of the main criteria in positive psychology. This will provide a friendly working environment in the company. Also, when supervisors are thankful for subordinates in the work-related task it will really support to increase their satisfaction and motivational level. Positive psychology will help employees to help each other in the organization and especially for teamwork. Teamwork building is a very essential part of the company in the current contest to face challenging situations in the country P., & Nawaratne, N. N. J. (2015). If all employees with positive psychology in the company, there will not be a conflict between each other related to the job-related task. This will help the company to maintain a supportive, formal corporate culture in the company

A great blog article Insaff, I would like to add to your content that according to Lewis (2011), positive psychology suggests that good organization results happen to you when you are busy making your organization a good place to be (Lewis, 2011). What goes around comes around, and ethical practices by leadership prove to be productive for employees and the organization. Therefore, an authentic leader whose action speaks louder than words would be an ideal role model for the subordinates.

This is crucially important for those who are dealing with psychiatric illness since it provides an incomplete picture of emotional health. Positive psychology is a relatively new area of psychology that focuses on improving prosperity and creating a fulfilling life filled with importance, pleasure, delight, engagement, positive relationships, and achievement rather than on what is clinically wrong (Jamal El-Den & Sriratanaviriyakul, 2019)

    1. Yes Its Valid Point, and Positive psychology may not have initially given enough credit to its historical forebears, which has drawn criticism (e.g., Taylor, 2001; Tennen & Affleck, 2003). However, there is now a growing understanding that positive psychology can benefit from earlier research and theorizing. As a result, we hope that the hostility that occasionally marked previous discussions will be replaced with growing respect and collaboration (e.g., Joseph & Worsley, 2005), not the least so that positive psychology can thrive through integration rather than perish through isolation.

Having a positive mindset can help that person to be more happy and friendlier with each other, to have a peaceful and a focused mind.All these will help to have a positive approach to work also which will results in better results of company. Employer should always make sure that the working atmosphere is in such a way that people should feel more positive and sessions should be arranged other than the work to have a relaxed mindset for the employees.

Great article Insaff, current workplaces consist of stress and uncertainty, it is imperative for the organizations to develop cultures of virtue, cultures built around principles of integrity, ethics, trust, and respect which can be done by focusing on such positive psychologic concepts mentioned above (Froman, 2010).
